Founder
Limestone Bluff was established in Austin, TX by Sandi Harris, whose background includes experience in commercial construction and lender consulting.
She has provided consulting services on new developments and renovations totaling tens-of-millions of dollars across the U.S. Her projects spanned a diverse range of asset types including industrial manufacturing, hospitality, historic preservation, and multi-family housing. Currently, she is managing the construction of two $60MM build-to-rent projects in central Texas.
